Copyright complaints

If you believe content on TechWalrus infringes your copyright, send a written notice through the contact page. Include enough detail for us to identify the material and review the claim quickly.

What to include

Your notice should include your name, contact information, the copyrighted work, the TechWalrus URL where the material appears, and a statement that you believe the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Please also state that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Response

We review copyright notices in good faith and may remove or disable access to disputed material while we investigate. If a notice is incomplete, we may ask for more information.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, use the same contact path with the URL, a description of the removed material, and your explanation.
