Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on TechWalrus infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@techwalrus.com. Include enough detail for us to identify the material and review the claim quickly.
What To Include
Your notice should include your name, contact information, the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, the TechWalrus URL where the material appears, and a statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Please also include a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Response
We review copyright notices in good faith and may remove or disable access to disputed material while we investigate. If a notice is incomplete, we may ask for more information before taking action.
Counter-Notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, use the same copyright contact above with the URL, a description of the removed material, and your explanation.
