Best budget mechanical keyboard for programming?

Looking for a solid mechanical keyboard under $80 for daily coding. I type around 8-10 hours a day so comfort is key. Currently eyeing the Keychron K8 Pro but open to suggestions.

Preferably something with good Linux compatibility.

Keychron K8 Pro is solid for the price. I have been using mine for 6 months with Gateron Brown switches. Great Linux support, Bluetooth works flawlessly.

Check out the Royal Kludge RK84. Half the price of Keychron and honestly comparable quality. Hot-swappable too so you can try different switches later.

I would say spend a bit more and get the Keychron Q1. The aluminum build quality is night and day compared to plastic boards. Your wrists will thank you.

Whatever you get, invest in a good wrist rest. Made more difference than the keyboard itself for my RSI issues.
