Clean setup! What Starship config are you using? The default is nice but I find it a bit too busy for my taste. I ended up writing a minimal preset.

Switched from Kitty to Alacritty after seeing this and the startup time difference is immediately noticeable. GPU rendering makes everything buttery.

For Zsh plugins I highly recommend zsh-autosuggestions and zsh-syntax-highlighting. Those two alone replace 80% of what oh-my-zsh gives you with none of the startup lag.
