Unlimited Technology Systems, a company that handles billing and revenue work for cancer and specialty doctors' offices, had a data center broken into and personal and medical records stolen. The breach affects about 3.8 million patients.

Unlimited Technology Systems says an intruder accessed one of its commercial data centers and removed data between October 5 and October 10, 2025, discovered the following month. The company has not disclosed how the attacker got in. Stolen data includes names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, Social Security numbers, medical record numbers, diagnoses, dates of service, insurance policy numbers, claims and benefits information, and scanned ID documents such as driver's licenses.
Unlimited says full medical records, imaging, and financial account data were not taken. It reported 3,803,750 affected individuals to HHS in late July 2026, and no ransomware or extortion group has claimed responsibility.
